Lebanese Wines take center-stage

Joined by sixth-generation winemaker and Chateau Kefraya’s renowned oenologist, Fabrice Guiberteau, SteakBarSushi hosted a night of wine tasting and food pairing, in which Lebanese wines took the spotlight, accentuated by our local flavors and dishes.

Joining one of Lebanon’s greatest wines and its most avant-garde kitchen, SteakBarSushi and Kefraya’s Guiberteau presented guests with an eccentric fusion, daringly pairing the spirit with delicate sushi, salmon, tuna, and flaming steak.

Lebanon hosts some of the oldest wine production in the world, and the drink is deeply entrenched in its culture and gastronomy. SteakBarSushi, in collaboration with Kefraya, offered wine connoisseurs and amateurs alike a deeper understanding of vintages and their union with the senses.
