Taking it back to the roots of indulgence, to the roots of SteakBarSushi

Because the senses can’t be contained within concrete walls, we took the SteakBarSushi experience into the wilderness. Surrender to the Wild was a vibrant journey in which the natural, the traditional and the unconventional all met in an apple grove in the heart of Bkaatouta.

Blending traditional Lebanese flavors with a lively rustic atmosphere, SteakBarSushi served up a wild gastronomic experience designed around a 10-course menu of organically grown fruits & vegetables, paired with meat and fish.

SteakBarSushi has its roots deep in nature, ancient cooking art, taking lessons from traditions and twisting them to create the weird and the wonderful. The wild has endless ways to stimulate the senses, and our guests had the opportunity to savor a wide range of aromas, from the zesty and botanical fruits and herbs, to the slow-smoked juicy meat.
